Methodology:
I apply systemic therapy, grounded in fundamental principles of relationship counseling. My study has equipped me with solid knowledge of relationship models, communication techniques, mediation, and interventions. Based on globally recognized systemic methods and influenced by German systemic therapists like Jürgen Großmeyer, my approach will be tailored to each unique client.
Using a systemic approach (e.g., reframing cycles of cause and effect), I carefully select tools and structure sessions based on observation, intuition, and the client’s need and wishes.
I work with hypotheses rather than diagnoses, offering suggestions rather than fixed solutions, ensuring a personalized and flexible counselling experience.
